Refund policy

We love making our wines and sharing them with you, but if for some reason you aren’t happy, we will organise a full refund.

• Please email us here info@bellholme.au within 30 days of receiving your product and we will organise a full refund and the return shipping.
• Please include in your email: your order number + the reason you aren’t happy with your wine, so we can help you as best we can.

Please note: we will only accept returns of items that are unopened, unless opened items are faulty or items arrive broken/damaged.
